I continue to rely on VetPronto for pet care that can be effectively done at home. Appointments can be easily scheduled online and I generally get an appointment the next day, even for non-urgent issues. If there are special circumstances, I can call or email the main number and I have found the staff to be very helpful, caring and responsive. My kitties have received very good care from several vets that have come to my home. It is much less stressful for cats, in particular, to receive care in the safety and familiarity of their home rather than taking them to noisy vet clinics and subjecting them to car rides which most cats really hate. If medication is needed, VetPronto will have them delivered within a few hours from the visit. I highly recommend VetPronto.

Even though I am very happy with our regular vet, I called vet pronto because my dog needed to be seen right away and I didn't want to bring him to urgent care. After my friend recommended Vet Pronto, I was able to get an appointment that day and was very pleased with the vet and nurse that showed up. They were very professional and so sweet to my dog and the entire process was very painless... much easier than dragging him to the vet across town. I would have loved to use this service with my now deceased cat who hated the vet more than life itself! I'm sure I will call on Vet Pronto again.

I cannot praise the wonderful, warm-hearted, respectful, and caring vets and technicians at VetPronto. Imagining this very difficult week without their involvement is something I never wish to do. The first of two visits this week, was for one of my girls (cats), Zoey, whose health had been declined at an alarming rate the past several months. I was worried that I'd have to unbearably stress Zoey with a visit to a loud pet clinic. I was relieved to find VetPronto and had them come by for a diagnostic house visit. Dr. Nidhi Sood and the accompanying technician, a wonderful professional in her own right although her name escapes me, put me at immediate ease and soon my girls were rubbing against them and receiving pets. The thoroughness of the exam, and the caring respect with which they handled Zoey, in addition to Dr Sood's frank honesty and openness in discussing Zoey's options, was so very, very welcome. Unfortunately, Zoey's condition was as bad as I feared. With the heaviest heart imaginable, I scheduled a second followup visit for end of life care. Dr. Sarah Daniel and, thankfully, the same technician as before answered the call and came to my house for an endlessly sad yet poetically beautiful end. Again both girls were comfortable around Dr Daniel, and the mood was so perfectly somber and respectful. Zoey was made comfortable and sedated as she got one last look outside at her favorite bamboo tree. Such a gentle, if heartbreaking, passing. I look forward to a future home visit under more joyfully mundane purposes, as I will use them for all future pet care. Lola, my surviving girl, will be receiving her next and all future checkups from their wonderful team.
