I recently moved to the Bay Area and came across Vet Pronto when looking for a new veterinarian for my dog, Molly. She has always hated going to the vet, so I jumped at the chance to have a vet come to us for a home visit. Dr. Pam and Jen were friendly, knowledgeable, and great with my dog. Dr. Pam gave her a thorough exam and offered great and simple advice to keep her healthy. Being at home made Molly comfortable and she didn't seem to mind the experience. Despite being given shots and having blood taken, she was happy and playing with her toys. This is a huge contrast to her usual behavior at the vet, where she would whine and pant and just act very nervous. I also like that everything is done online - making an appointment, payments, prescriptions - and that the Dr. followed up via email. It is definitely a great service!

Amazing service and Dr. Pam was a knowledgeable and personable Vet. I would recommend this to EVERYONE! It is so much easier then going to the vet and getting my dog out of the car to get his shots- the ease of having it in your home is awesome!

Dr Pam came to our home over the weekend to check on our very ill and elderly dog. She quickly assessed the situation and said that while we could hospitalize her, etc., she probably wouldn't survive. Her manner was so caring, gentle and patient. If you are ever in the position of having to say good-bye to a beloved family member, do it at home. She cried with us, hugged us, and was fantastic with my 9 year old son. At the end, she gently wrapped Bella in her favorite blanket and took her away for cremation. I can't praise her highly enough.
